Refund & returns policy
- Should the Customer not accept delivery of the goods as detailed on the Company’s sales confirmation a cancellation fee of 10% of the sale value will be charged.
- No return of goods will be accepted unless such return has been notified to the Company, in writing within 21 days of delivery and agreed to in writing by the Company. The Company reserves the right to charge 10% handing fee on any returns.
- No return will be accepted of any materials that has been cut to the Customer’s specific requirements.
- Goods will only be credited if not soiled /damaged and in a saleable condition.
